This item has a row of clamps located directly in the center front that can be adjusted. It also has a a zipper that covers the clamps and allows for extra support. This item is an all purpose perfect item to have.  Our dolls can wear this under their clothes for a night out on the town, wear to sleep to help train the waist at night, or for wearing after cosmetic surgery. (Lipo, BBL, etc.) This item gives our K Dolls the desired look they want to achieve. Model is wearing a size small.
